We dedicate this nomination form, recognizing the sacrifices and work of many in overcoming epidemic tuberculosis, to those who endured and those who challenged the adversities of epidemic tuberculosis and successfully controlled it. As part of Chuck Felton's website, may the information and invaluable historical references and resources listed, and the soon to be placed PHMC roadside marker, commemorate history and become teaching tools for future generations.

Our thanks to Dave, Dot and Etta for their tireless work and dedication in researching and documenting the history of Cresson San, culminating in the approval of a historical marker by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. Their efforts will ensure that the struggles of over 40,000 TB patients and their families will not be forgotten.
