On August 6 & 7, 2011 a reunion of Cresson San Alumni
was held at the American Legion in Cresson, Pa. Over 150 guests were in attendance. The reunion featured guest
speakers, displays of san memorabilia and a memorial service at Union Cemetery.

An event of this magnitude requires much work and I want to give special thanks
to the following people:
Patrick and Etta Albright, Dave Huber, Tom and Dorothy De Angelo, Brenda Kalwasinski for all their work in organizing and carrying out the details of the
reunion. The reunion would not have been possible without their selfless efforts.
Fred Connacher and
his daughter Theresa McConnell who researched, designed, constructed and exhibited the scale model of the Cresson
San Complex. The model was not only admired by all, but became a visual aid for many san stories.
Robert Hogue and Scott Eberhart of the Cresson American Legion for coordinating the venue with us and for their generous
offer to provide the facility at minimum cost.
Ken Cameron, Superintendent of SCI Cresson, for allowing us
to film on the prison grounds at Grace Chapel and Children's House and Rebecca Reifer, Superintendent's
Assistant, for being our escort during the filming.
To all the
businesses and organizations that donated door prizes. To the local high school and religious ed students who donated
their time and effort, including those from the Religious Ed program at St Francis Xavier Church CCD program, Penn
Cambria High School and Bishop Carroll HS. The
